Bat as good as the WeChat Official account
I saw that the WeChat Official account got a lot of stuff, more than the app itself. Plus, the workers in the service recommend the official account over the application. I wish you have the option to have an English UI.

Very decent
Ive had an easy time using this app. I stick to just basic things like keeping my data charged and checking on my account. I havent used other apps for this because so far I havent had any problems with this one.

Worst carrier app
9 out of 10 times the app crashes on me. It freezes on welcome page. I tried several times to search for my payment history and detailed bill, but all I get is "request cannot process" It has a star because one star is the bare minimum, just like the app.

The most stupid app Ive ever seen
How could an app with such few functions taking 1 minute to load on a latest iPhone model? Especially considering its released by such a big company.
